items you can e-mail us direct and get a prompt response but 90%
of the time, these pages are all you need. With many years of exporting

via mail order |
Quotes |
You are safe to go through the whole ordering process to get
a quote - no order is sent until you press the "send order now"
button.
|
Payment |
It is easiest to send us your credit/debit card details by our
secure online server or you can send your card details separately
via phone, fax or letter - NOT by email. This order form
also allows you to order via International money order, UK cheque,
cash by registered mail, direct bank transfer & eurocheque (not
favoured - money order is better). Please ensure your name is sent
with any payment so that we can match it to your order details.
|
Taxes |
Don't forget - if you are outside the EEC then the VAT figures
shown will be deducted from your order once you have specified your
country in the "cashier" page form. Import taxes or duties,
are occasionally charged by the governments of some countries -
We cannot advise on this area as the laws are different for each
country, change constantly and are not always applied.
|
| Carriage |
depend on a combination of factors as follows:
1) Destination in the world
2) Weight of the goods.
3) Value of the goods (to cover risk of loss). The postal
service will not insure delivery to some parts of the world - the
risk of loss is carried by ourselves, not you the customer. Courier
services will insure goods and are slightly quicker but the carriage
prices increase massively. If you wish us to use a courier
for delivery of your goods, please state this clearly in the notes
section of the order form and we will provide a quotation if necessary. |
